Ugh this thing is so gorgeous--you just want to hold it and look at it and roll it around in your hands as soon as you lay eyes on it!  Made circa late 1800's, this is a Victorian piece and consists of two faceted crystal halves set in a locket frame of gold-fill.  The crystal is faceted much like a rose cut and is deeply cut so the entire locket resembles an egg.  It is glorious!  A very pretty, special little jewel, ready for your neck!

Measures 1" length including bale and just a tad under 3/4" width.  Contemporary gold-filled chain measures 18".

Not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.

In excellent antique condition with slight wear to gold-fill.
