Description

While these pretty little earrings would fall under the mourning jewelry category, they weren't necessarily worn during mourning--that was just the fashion for everyone at the time!  Can you imagine?!  This style was in vogue for nearly forty years.  Ah, the Victorians.  Made with little oval onyx stones set with tiny natural seed pearls in 14k circa 1880, these are dainty but the boldness of the black onyx makes them pop!

Measure .75" x .5" (l x w).  Not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.  In great condition and ready for your ears!
