SOLD-- Margot de Taxco Ship Brooch Sterling, c. 1940

This is a happy little brooch!  Just hop in that ship and sail away, sun on your sails with your little flag flying and your swan (?) figurehead leading the way.  This brooch was made by the great Margot de Taxco circa 1940's and is one of her rarer pieces.  Expertly made, as all of her pieces are, in sterling silver.  Fully signed with design number 5131 and lovely patina.

Measures 2.5 x 2".  Pin back in good working condition.
