This bold, stunning and VERY rare enamel corn cob brooch was made by French jeweler Marcel Boucher in 1941.  Boucher is primarily known for his amazing and high-end costume jewelry pieces that are wearable pieces of art, like this one--a true collector's piece in every sense of the word.  Though this piece is unsigned, it is unmistakably Boucher and came in a group of Boucher pieces from an expert costume jewelry collector.

Large, measuring 3 5/8" x 3 5/8".  Only very light enamel wear in one area on the leaves.  All stone present and in good condition.  Pin back in good working order.  Very slight flaking to plating in one area on the reverse.
