SOLD--Modernist Geometric Collar Sterling, Joaquin Espaliu c. 1970

This incredibly chic sterling silver collar was made by famed Spanish jeweler Joaquin Espaliu circa 1970's.  While this jewelry house still is in production today, they are primarily known for their clean Modernist designs from the Mid-Century period.  We've had a number of Espaliu pieces over the years and they're always popular--the scale, the lines, the wearability--it all works perfectly!  

Interior measures 5 x 5".  Pendant hangs 2.75" and is 2 1/8" wide.

Stamped "S'PALIU" for Joaquin Espaliu and "STR SILVER".  Tested for metal content.

Weighs 73 grams.

In very good condition with minor scratches consistent with age and nice silver patina.
