SOLD--Crazy Glamorous Mid-Century Diamond and Enamel Bombe Ring 18k c. 1960
Aaaaaah I love this ring so much!!! Not only is it incredibly chic, but it also manages to be one of the most cheerful rings I've ever seen! It is like a the sun hitting the grass on a perfect day, or the feathers of a rare and beautiful bird. A cluster of twenty-five single cut diamonds set in 18k white gold sits atop a textured light green enamel dome applied to 18k yellow gold. Nicely heavy at 13 grams, the enamel is in perfect condition and the diamonds sparkle just as they should. If you need to add some happy glamour to your life, come in and try this beauty on! I promise you will not want to take it off.
Currently a size 7 and can be resized by a very skilled jeweler (ours). Measures 18mm at the widest. Stamped for "18K' inside shank, serial number "710". No maker's mark. Diamonds weigh approximately .50ctw. One diamond is likely a replacement, matches well. Please note, this enamel is very well-made but it is enamel and therefore this ring should be worn with care to maintain the great condition that it is in now.
