THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.

This ethereal necklace is from the heart of the Art Nouveau period, circa 1890s.  What an amazing time in design history that was, can you imagine being surrounded by objects and architecture and jewelry that looked like this?!!  This necklace has layers of iridescent green, pink and white enamel set over an arabesque style pendant dotted with seed pearls, and a long natural tooth pearl drop.  Two natural pearls are stationed in each length of the festoon chain.  As you can see in the photo of the necklace on, this piece is vibrant yet delicate, and ultra feminine.  Another miniature, wearable work of art from over 100 years ago, this is a jewel in every sense of the word!

Necklace measures 15" wearable length and can be extended if requested.  Pendant measures 2 1/8" length x 7/8" at the widest.

Not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.

In good condition, some areas of wear to the enamel.  Pearls in good condition, central pearl may be a replacement (unknown but it works very well with the design).
