SOLD-Art Deco Two Tone Diamond Band 14k c. 1940
THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.
This is an interesting vintage band as it was made in the Art Deco era circa 1930's-40's but the diamonds are a super old cut that we see in pieces from the early to mid 1800's! It doesn't appear that there are any prongs that have been retipped or repairs, so these stones likely came out of an older family piece and were used in this wedding band for sentimental reasons. It makes for that gorgeous dark old cut sparkle that so many of us love, but in a ring that is much sturdier and more wearable!
Currently size 7 and can be resized as needed. One resizing provided, please allow one week.
Stamped "14k" and signed "FIDELITY".
Measures 3mm wide.
Contains five natural Old Cut diamonds--the cut is most similar to Peruzzi Cut but has a bit of Old Mine and a bit of a Rose Cut as well . They're great! These stones weigh approximately .20ctw with H-I Color and SI1 Clarity.
In excellent vintage condition!
