THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.
Elegant and classic, this late Art Deco era engagement ring holds a central Transitional Round Brilliant cut diamond weighing approximately .40ct with G-H Color and SI1 Clarity and six old cut diamonds weighing approximately .18ctw with G-H Color and SI2 Clarity. The center stone is set to look square with beautifully crisp split prongs in the corners, with a knife edge band all set in platinum. This ring sits very low on the finger and packs a ton of sparkle! This clean design would have been considered very modern and chic in the late 1930's after several decades of ornate filigree rings.
Currently a size 4.75 and can be resized as needed. Stamped "950 PLAT- 50 RUTH" for platinum content and acid-tested. Weighs 3.0 grams.
