This ring is SO beautiful!  Looking into this opal is like looking at a planet from space--it is colorful and swirling and full of mystery!  This is a late Art Deco era ring containing a pear shaped opal and a single cut diamond frame, set in 14k white and yellow gold circa 1940.  Effortlessly glamorous, this ethereal ring boasts color AND sparkle, the best of both worlds in gemology.  It sits very flat on the finger and the gallery conforms to the curve of your finger for a nice, snug fit.  And the best part?  You can wear it two ways, depending on your mood!

This ring is currently a size 6 and can be resized as needed.  Stamped "14k" and acid-tested for metal content.  The opal measures 12.5 x 10.5mm and the face of the ring measures 16.5 x 14mm.

**Opals are delicate stones and should be worn with care to preserve their beauty.
