SOLD-Art Deco Marcasite and Bohemian Garnet Drop Earrings 935 Silver, Germany c. 1930

This dark and sparkling pair of earrings was made in Germany in the Art Deco period circa 1930 and are designed as two pyramids with alternating rows of marcasites and bohemian garnets, set in sterling silver.  The garnets are much more vibrant than that pics show, see the photo of the earring on the ear for a better representation of color!  These are screwback as was typical of that age, but we can easily convert them to post or french wire for you!

Measure 1 3/4" length x 1/4" at the widest.

Stamped "935" and tested for metal content.  

In excellent antique condition.  All stones present and in good condition.  One earring has a bit more patina than the other but we'll let the new owner decide whether to leave it that way.
