SOLD--Art Deco Fabulous Marcasite Parrot Brooch Sterling Silver c. 1930

This spectacular Art Deco parrot brooch with marcasite frame circa 1930 demands to be noticed!  A conversation piece that is quite nicely sized at 3 3/8" long and 1 3/4", it glitters that beautiful dark sparkle only old marcasite have.  This brooch has a heavy patina and I love it!

Stamped "STERLING" with an unknown maker's mark.  Originally rhodium plated, now worn entirely except on the reverse.  Very good condition and pin back in great working order.
