Art Deco Egyptian Revival Tiger's Eye Scarab Ring 800 Silver c. 1925--SOLD
THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.
Frequent visitors to the store may notice how much we love Egyptian Revival pieces--and this is one of the coolest (and most wearable!) that we have. This is an Art Deco ring with a carved tiger's eye scarab set in an 800 silver openwork frame with a lotus flower band, circa 1925. This is most likely a German ring based on the design and silver content. And it is fabulous--large and in charge, this is definitely a ring of power!
Currently a size 5 and can be resized as needed, but please note that sizing will affect the patterned band. The face of the ring measures 2 1/8" x 1" and it stands up nearly 1/2" from the finger when worn. Stamped "800" for metal content. Bezel uneven in some areas, but the stone has been looked at for security and is tight in the setting.
