Vintage Navajo Turquoise Drop Necklace Sterling, James Shay c. 1980

This GORGEOUS necklace by Navajo artist James Shay features five huge turquoise cabochons set in ornate sterling silver frames.  As you can see, this particular turquoise has a great deal or bright rust colored host rock which makes each piece so striking, they are stunning in person!  We also have a matching cuff and earrings to this piece.

Measures 20" length with additional 1.75" drop.  Largest turquoise piece measures 1.5 x 1.5".

Stamped "JS" for James Shay and "STERLING".  Tested for metal content.  

Weighs 76 grams.
