SOLD--Victorian Renaissance Revival Amethyst Bracelet Sterling c. 1890

I looooove me some Renaissance Revival jewelry and I snap it up whenever I get a chance!  My ultimate dream is to own a piece from the actual Renaissance, but in the meantime this great revival period from the late Victorian era will do the trick!  Made circa 1890, this glorious bracelet holds five glowing natural amethyst cabochons set in ornate quatrefoil frames made of 835 silver, which means it is European in origin and likely Italian or German.  This bracelet has heavy patina and would look great left as-is or lightly polished!

Measures 7.5" length.  Measures 5/8" width.

Stamped "835" and tested for metal content.

Each amethyst cabochon measures 8mm diameter.

In excellent vintage condition!  For polishing should the new owner choose to do so, I recommend a light rub with a polishing cloth.
