SOLD--Heavy and Wide Modernist Articulated Taxco Bracelet Sterling, Mexico c. 1970

You had better have some muscles to wear this bracelet!  Weighing in at 163 grams--hello!--and measuring 1.25" in width, this is a piece you will not forget you are wearing.  Made in the Taxco region of Mexico in the 1970's, this bracelet is constructed of concave hinged panels that move and open as you move your wrist.  It is a wearable piece of sculpture!  

Measures 7.5" in length.  Stamped "925" and "MEXICO" with Taxco mark.  In excellent wearable condition!
