Georgian Guard Chain with Hand Clasp and Slide 15k and Silver c. 1830

Let this special chain become your go-to signature piece!  Made in the Georgian era circa 1830, this is a slide guard chain with a hand clasp and swivel hook closure.  The chain and hook are 14k and the hand and slide are a thick layer of gold over silver.  Wear it doubled as we have in the photos or long with a pendant attached as it would have been historically.  This antique chain is 200 years old and is in INCREDIBLE condition!  Many hands have watched over the care of this piece and it is still as beautiful and wearable today as it was all those years ago.  Buy this before I keep it!

Not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.  Chain and hook are 14k.  Fist and slide are gold over silver.  

Chain measures 53" length.  Hand clasp measures an additional 1.5" length.

Weighs 26.2 grams.

In near perfect antique condition.  Very slight wear to knuckles of hand.  That's it!
