This pretty and wearable late Edwardian/early Deco pendant features a very old single cut diamond set in 10k yellow gold circa 1915.  Lovely!

Pendant measures 1.75" and is stamped "10k" and tested.  Comes with an 18" contemporary gold-filled chain which can be changed out for different lengths or links.
