THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.

This is the second of two gorgeous Arts and Crafts era moonstone rings that came from the same collection.  Made circa 1920, this ring holds a beautiful bluish-grey large moonstone cabochon set in a three dimensional floral mounting in sterling silver.  I wasn't able to capture it well but this stone has great adularescence (the famous moonstone sheen), particularly from the side view. Such a mysterious, romantic ring from the early 20th century!

Currently a size 8 and can be resized.  One resizing provided, please allow one week.

Stamped 'STER' and tested for metal content.

Moonstone measures 15 x 10 x 4.5mm.  Face of ring measures 20mm north to south at the widest, 22mm from east to west.  Stands 8mm from the finger when worn.

Moonstone in good condition with minor wear to the surface, and light scratches to the reverse.
