SOLD--Art Deco Patterned Wedding Band Platinum/14k c. 1920

This gorgeous Art Deco 2.5mm flower patterned wedding band has one of my very favorite characteristics of the time period:  platinum-topped gold!  This band is the best of both worlds!  And this ring has that beautiful steely, matte patina that only old platinum has.  The pattern is still high-relief and intact after all these years and is ready to add texture to your ring stack, snuggle up next to your engagement ring or stand all on its own. 

Note that this band is not plated with platinum, there is an entire platinum shell on top of the yellow gold, which will not wear through. 

This ring is currently a size 6.25 and cannot be resized up or down.  Stamped "PLATINUM" and "14K" with unknown maker's mark.
