This is a lively Old European cut diamond (cut pre-1930) weighing approximately .40ct, set in a square 14k white gold basket with a 14k yellow gold band, circa 1940. The diamond grades H-I in Color and SI2 in Clarity due to a chip on the girdle (edge) but there are no inclusions inside the stone to inhibit the light return and sparkle. Traditional and elegant, this ring is straight-sided so that a wedding band will sit flush. Lovely!

This ring is currently a size 7.75 and can be resized as needed. Stamped 14k inside shank.
