Art Deco Glass and Enamel Brooch Brass, Germany c. 1930

There is nothing like a great piece of German Art Deco jewelry!  This fabulous brooch is glass, but is meant to evoke carnelian and jade and boy does it--the setting is incredibly fine and typical of the way you would see stones set.  The pin-back is also very well-made with a beautifully designed safety clasp.  Measuring 2 1/8" x 1" and stamped 'GERMANY' on the reverse, this brooch is like nothing made today!
