A Georgian portrait miniature brooch surrounded by a frame of black dot paste in silver circa 1770. The portrait depicts a young boy wearing a wig and a waistcoat under glass. This piece is glorious to behold in person! The pastes are bright and beautiful and the foil backings are in excellent condition. Priced to add to or start your Georgian collection!

Not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.
In very good antique condition. Likely converted to a brooch during a later period. Reinforcement to reverse. Dented on reverse. Light chipping to pastes. All commensurate with age.
