This bracelet is a stunning Mid-Victorian opal and rose cut diamond hinged bangle set in silver and 18k rose gold, circa 1860.  It contains nine oval natural opal cabochons ranging in size from 10x6mm to 6x5mm with amazing play-of-color, and sixty-nine rose cut diamonds.  A true treasure from the Grand Period of Victorian jewelry!

Stamped "18k" with illegible maker's mark.

Inside diameter 2", which means this bracelet will fit a small to medium-small wrist.  Measure 1" at the widest area.

In very good condition for its age, but one opal does show slight crazing.
