Description

This super long, incredibly slinky chain was made in the late Victorian period circa 1890.  Crafted in heavy 14k gold it measures 62" length and terminates in a lanyard clip, allowing you to wear it doubled or long with a pendant!  Originally this chain would have been worn long with the slide high at the neck and a watch attached to the clip which would have been placed in a pocket (see photo of Rosebud Denham).  This piece looks just as chic as it did back in its day!  It also has a nice, thick link and solid weight to it too, which makes it chic AND luxurious.  Wear it alone or layer with other necklaces!

In excellent condition, with no breaks or repairs to chain.  Slide is tight and pearl appears original.

Measures 62" length when worn long.

Stamped "14k" on lanyard clip and chain and clip tested for metal content.

Weighs 70 grams.
