The dark sparkle of these five super old cut Old Mine diamonds gives this ring such mystery and sense of age.  This is a Victorian ring circa 1880, possibly earlier, set in 15k yellow gold and silver.  The silver has a great deal of patina to it, lending the diamonds some of their color.  This patina could be removed but I don't recommend it--it is part of the history of the ring!  The diamonds weigh approximately .50ctw with I-K Color and SI1-SI2 Clarity.  Though they photographed somewhat warm in tone, they are actually more grey in person.  Gorgeous and old old old!

This ring is currently a size 5.75 and can be resized as needed.  Stamped with partially legible "15ct" and acid-tested for metal content.  Illegible maker's mark.  Measures 4.8mm at the widest.  Weighs 2.4 grams.
