Mid-Century Diamond and Pearl Drop Earrings 14k c. 1950
I LOVE these earrings and I really don't think I captured how beautiful and sparkly they are, though I really did try! These are very glamorous Mid-Century diamond and cultured pearl earrings set in 14k white gold, circa 1950. Four 8mm cultured pearls that are a little bit ivory, a little bit silvery in color and twenty-four round brilliant cut diamonds are set in a foliate motif with an articulated, swingy drop. The diamonds weigh approximately .90ctw, G-H Color and are all VS Clarity, so we're seeing really high quality stones and workmanship on these earrings. The pearls are lustrous with excellent surface. Perfect wedding earrings and you can wear them again and again!
These earrings measure 1 3/8" x a little over 1/2" and weigh 4.0 grams each. Stamped "14K". Excellent condition. They are currently clip earrings but can be converted to post by our jeweler, or any jeweler who is familiar and careful with antique and vintage jewelry.
