Some people don't like heart jewelry but personally I love it!  We've had many great antique heart pieces here and this one is up there with the best of them.  You just can't get any more sentimental or romantic than a heart and there is no doubt that this heart meant as much to the original owner as it will to its next.  This classic Edwardian antique heart locket circa 1910 is 14k and features a sweet little star set .10ct Old European Cut diamond.  It has a lovely monogram on the back that is a bit hard to decipher, there is definitely an "M" in there and possibly a "P"?  It is open to interpretation!  It looks great on--simple, graphic with a nice chain length and golden glow!

The locket is a substantial size measuring 1 1/4 x 1 1/16" not including the bail (length with bail 1 1/2").  Stamped "14k" and tested for metal content.  Maker's mark "LB".  Original celluloid and gold frames intact.  Locket in very good condition with no dents, minor scratches as it typical with its age.  Comes on a more contemporary 24" 14k chain.
