Wow, I am just so in love with this necklace!  It is rare to see a full collar of fabulous, blood red Victorian foil-backed bohemian garnets of this size with such exquisite design.  Extremely regal, this circa 1880 collar looks like a million bucks on and is even more vibrant than the photos!  There is also a fold up bail on the center drop should you want to add a bohemian garnet pendant to this piece to make it even more grand--this necklace is truly a jewel straight out of a fairy tale!  

Measuring at a very wearable 17" in length with each segment measuring 7/8" in length.  Garnet all original, in very good condition.  Box clasp with safety.  Not stamped or signed but acid-tested for metal content.
