Edwardian Pink Tourmaline and Pearl Pendant 9k c. 1900
This antique pendant is just SO pretty! Made in the early Edwardian period circa 1900, this pendant holds a two bright pink natural tourmalines, the bottom surrounded by four pearls at north, south, east and west. Set in lacy 9k rose gold and hung from a 20" 14k gold chain that was made later. The look and color of this piece is so feminine and evocative of its time period, it just could not be more lovely and romantic!
Pendant measures 1.75" and is stamped 9ct. Chain measures 20" and is stamped "14k ESEMCO". Both pieces tested.
Holds two natural pink tourmalines, the larger weighing approximately .25ct and measuring 4.5mm and the smaller weighing approximately .22ct and measuring 4mm.
Pearls in good condition, pendant in overall good condition.
