THIS PIECE HAS BEEN SOLD.

This is a late Victorian/early Edwardian necklace from England, centered with an octagonal step cut bezel set peridot and natural pearls in a foliate design.  Made in 15k gold circa 1900.  This necklace also features a flip down bail, which would be used to hang an additional drop.  I always tell customers that if you think you don't like peridot, you really need to see antique peridot--the color is very different from what most of us think of for peridot, it's far more vibrant and the cuts we see in Victorian and Edwardian pieces are more imaginative!

Measures 15" length.

Stamped "15CT" and tested for metal content.

Detail area measures 3.25" from end to end.

Weighs 9.4 grams.

In very good antique condition.  All stones in excellent condition.  There has been one small older repair to the chain nearer to the clasp, but it's barely noticeable.

All purchases from Bavier Brook arrive in an elegant box, fully wrapped in fine paper. Please inquire for international shipping. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions, we are happy to answer them!
