This pendant encompasses so much that is great about Art Deco design!  Made circa 1930, it is set with a central intricately carved jadeite plaque and flanked on either end by bezel set baguette, marquise and round cut diamonds in an enamel frame.  All in 14k white gold.  You often see this style of jade with diamonds and enamel in high end pieces from the height of the Deco era.  This beautiful pendant was most likely a brooch that was later converted to a pendant and whoever did it did a lovely job.  Comes with a 15" Mid-Century 14k white gold chain but would do well with either a more simple curb or rolo link OR a more ornate and chunky chain!

Pendant measures 2 1/4 x 1".

Pendant not stamped or signed but tested for metal content.  Chain is stamped "14k" and tested.

Contains one natural carved jadeite plaque with no evidence of treatment.  Also contains two Round Brilliant cut natural diamonds, four Marquise cut natural diamonds and two Baguette cut diamonds weighing approximately .80ctw with G-H Color and SI1-2 Clarity.

In very good vintage condition.  Wear to the enamel on the sides of the pendant at edges.  Jadeite in excellent condition.
