Beautiful color and enamel work is the highlight of this wonderful modernist Norwegian brooch by Ivar Holt circa 1950.  Scandinavian enamel from the mid-century is some of the most gorgeous ever produced, and tends to draw from natural themes and geometric atomic age shapes.  The delicate stems of this brooch end in large pops of color in the textured leaves and make for such a stunning piece when worn!  Perfect for nature-lovers, gardeners or any collector of modernist jewelry!

This brooch is large and measures 3.5" width x 2.5" length.  Enamel and gilt sterling silver.  Stamped "925S STERLING NORWAY" with maker's mark for Ivar Holt.  All enamel intact and original pin back in good working condition.  Lovely!
